Boundaries of the public Gate partner contract.

The public Gate contract does not provide:

• a partner endpoint for supplying bank accounts, payment keys, or identity documents during rail creation;
• a headless DeFi routing or DEX API;
• a guarantee that any static country, currency, asset, payment method, or provider is available to every partner;
• compatibility routes with a version segment;
• unsigned or browser-only settlement confirmation.

The current Gate release has no swap route. The separately planned prefunded Bitget swapper is not part of this contract.

If an operation is absent from openapi/gate.yaml, do not call an internal or browser-runtime path as a substitute.
